These are high quality digital files (jpeg's) but yes if you want a printout you can get one for $15 each with delivery included. So $15 Digital file and $15 for printing so $30 with delivery included.

Portrait, 8.5x11 inches. If you need me to make your file bigger or smaller let me know, however the maximum size is around 20x30inches and it will depend on quality of photo provided.

It depends on the light and clarity of the photo, but yes, most recent cellphones have good quality photos. In the case that your photo doesn't work, I will let you know before I start the process.

Sometimes is possible for me to work on orders in 2-3 days, but regularly it will take 4-7 business days.
